Kladdkaka (Brownie)
Very easy to make. We think the taste is best if you make it the day before you eat it. Keep in the refrigerator a couple of days or excellent to save in the freezer.

- 9 dl sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1,5 dl unsweetened chocolate powder
- 1 Tsp vanilla powder
- 3 pinch salt
- 4,5 dl flour
- 300 gr butter
This is for a big oven pan at least 20 pieces.
If you want to make a smaller round "normal sized" cake use 1/3 of the ingredients.

Put the oven on 200º C Cover the big oven pan with waxed paper for oven. Mix the eggs and the sugar (in a big bowl) Melt the butter. Mix the flour, chocolate, vanilla and salt. Stir down the butter in the egg/sugar, add the flour mix and just stir it together. Spread it out even in the pan. Bake at the lower part of the oven for 18 minutes.
The secret is to dare to take it out as it not looks done! It is supposed to fall down and ends up sticky and delicious. If you bake to long it is just dry and rather boring!
